Mim Ayet Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Mim Ayet app and to purchases inside it. The app is provided by Mustafa Erdoğan (Truffleinit). By using the app you accept these terms. If the two language versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
Data controller
The data controller is Mustafa Erdoğan (Truffleinit). Email: [email protected].
Account and age
Mim Ayet has no account; you use it without signing up. The app is not directed at children and is made for users aged 13 and over.
Free version and Premium
Prayer times, adhan, qibla, nearby mosques and Quran reading are free. The app has no ads.
Premium unlocks extra features, such as more widgets and wallpapers, tracking history and statistics. What Premium unlocks is shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
Purchase options
The name, length and price of each product are shown on the purchase screen and in the store before you buy. Prices include VAT.
- Monthly Premium: an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
- Yearly Premium: an auto-renewing yearly subscription. It includes a 7-day free trial.
- Lifetime Premium: a one-time payment; it does not renew.
- Yearly and lifetime Premium with an influencer code: discounted products that appear when you enter a valid code. The yearly subscription with a code renews each year at the same discounted price.
- Support us: a one-time payment that can be repeated. It unlocks no features; as a thank-you it gives a Supporter badge.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. With a free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel it, and the renewal is charged to the same account.
- You manage and cancel the subscription on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- When you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for; you are not charged for the next period.
- If you do not want to be charged after the free trial, cancel before it ends. Apple asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The app shows you a reminder on your phone 1 day before the trial ends.
- If a price increases, the store informs you in advance and asks for your consent where required.
Restoring and when Premium ends
On a new phone, or after reinstalling the app, you get Premium back with "Restore purchases" using the same store account. The button is in Settings and on the purchase screen.
If Premium ends, your tracking records are not deleted. Premium features are locked and open again when you buy again.
Refunds
Because payments are taken by the App Store or Google Play, refund requests go to Apple or Google under the store's rules. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Accuracy of content
We take care to show prayer times, religious days, the qibla direction and nearby mosques correctly. Still, this information may differ because of errors in the sources, your phone's location and compass readings, or connection problems. The mosque list comes from OpenStreetMap data and may be incomplete.
The Quran text, translations, audio recordings and fonts are subject to the terms of their own sources and licenses. The sources are listed on the Licenses screen in the app.
Rules of use
You use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not try to disrupt the app or our server, misuse influencer codes, or unlock paid features without paying.
The Mim Ayet name, logo and design belong to Mustafa Erdoğan (Truffleinit).
Liability
We provide the app as it is and do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by the app being unavailable. Our liability for intent and gross negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer, are not affected.
Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Your store account, payments and subscription management are subject to Apple's or Google's own terms.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice explain which data is processed.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
